Three VIP Service Options

Pondscapes of Charlotte offers Bi-Monthly, Monthly, and Quarterly VIP service on ponds and water features in and around the charlotte region. Bimonthly, Monthly, and Quarterly VIP service have some differences between them so be sure to look into both to see which fits best for you and your water feature!

Bimonthly VIP Service

Bimonthly VIP Service is for those who want to be completely hands off with their water feature and have the professionals service and maintain their custom water feature creation. With Pondscapes you receive 10% off all products and 30% off a clean out when scheduled during one of your regular monthly visit. With a months notice you can discontinue at any time if you are unhappy. You are not tied in for a certain amount of time. One of our top frogs will come by roughly around the same time twice a month to service your pond.

Monthly VIP Service

 When you sign up for Monthly VIP Service with Pondscapes you receive 10% off all products and 30% off a clean out when scheduled during your regular monthly visit. With a months notice you can discontinue at any time if you are unhappy. You are not tied in for a certain amount of time. One of our top frogs will come by roughly around the same time every month to service your pond.

Quarterly VIP Service

All of our Quarterly VIP contracts include a full clean out in the spring time and three other visits throughout the year. The difference with Quarterlies is when you sign up for it you sign up for the whole year. All contracts start in January and end in October. If you want to sign up in the middle of the year we can make a modified contract for you that ends in December.
